African Americans are more likely than others to not have health insurance

3 million previously uninsured young adults have joined their parents’ health insurance plan.

Young people have the highest rate of injury-related emergency department visits among all age groups

1 in 5 Americans struggle with their mental health (like depression and anxiety).

Having trouble getting started?

Consider answering one or more of these questions in your video:

Why is it important for young people to have health insurance?

How does healthcare insurance equate to a healthy life?

While transitioning into adulthood whose responsibility is it for your healthcare needs?
